The Scottish DJ and radio host is a keen digger and appreciator of music as a whole with a wide taste and keen ear for interesting sounds. During his time in Edinburgh he co-founded the clubnight "Artiisan", the most recent night hosted TVSI b2b Ehua at The Mash House.
He is the founder of "DRIFT", non-club music as a concept which consists of a mix series, radio show, events and label (in the future).
The idea is to showcase the music that DJs/producers/sound folk listen to at home and provide creative freedom in mixing style and track selection giving a chance for fans to hear a new side to their favourite artists. Some guests featured on the show include Frazer Ray (fka Soundbwoy Killah) and many more with everything from harsh noise to liquid dnb being played.
This ethos rings true with us at earworm as both our visions are one and the same, so it was an absolute delight to have him on to do an episode.
The mix he sent us starts off with some heavy rock & doom leading into industrial and meaty hip hop and trap amongst other weird genre-crossing tracks, a very fresh and exciting addition to the series.
